As of January 1, 2023, our NHCA area will now be in District 4 because of redistricting changes in the City of Oakland. Dan Kalb will still be the District 1 Rep, but no longer our Rep as the boundaries have changed. We will vote on Nov 8 for a new Rep for District 4 because Council Member Sheng Thao, the current District 4 Rep is running for Mayor. Janani Ramachandran and Nenna Joiner are running to be District 4 Representative. Our North Hills area still encompasses the original OPD Beat 13Y.
